buying components

I want to build a topnotch pc but i am not loaded.Does anyone know where i can buy parts but pay each part off weekly
like a catalogue.That way each part canbe high spec and i ll end with a high end pc.Basically i want to build my dream pc.

Yeah, make sure that you don't buy parts that are dependent upon another to work properly. For example, make sure that you buy the motherboard and processor in relatively close order so that the proper model of each is still available. You shouldn't run into too much of a problem with this, but just keep it in mind.
