and should box be sealed...people try to rip u off passing old cpu as new?

I wouldn't buy a "Used" cpu personally, but I would buy an "OEM" cpu
from a retailer.

Yeah, used ones are generally ok but sometimes you get a bad one. OEM is the way to go.
Most come with a cooler and thermal paste like retail ones.

OEM CPU's do not come with heatsink fans or thermal paste.

Retail CPU's do.

chips like 150.00 on amazon. cpu, heat sink, fan are 275.00.

but when i asked how much for just cpu, i was told 225.00

buy set from microsoft for 275.00 thats all oem,

or

buy cpu, get aftermarket fan? not sure about heat sink....
