Buying CS:Source

ok, i'm gonna buy counter strike:source today but first i wanna ask what do i need to do, i downloaded steam and went to buy games, i found cs:source and it asked me for my credit card, i have credit cards but i wanna be sure that giving away my credid card information is safe, i saw it costs $20 which is cheap, so i give away my credit card info and what next?

Once you buy it, it should show up in the "my games" tab, all you need to do is right click on it and make sure that it is downloaded the game. It will say the % done and the download rate next to it.

And yes, as far as i know its secure.

P.S. i've played this game through LAN but not online so...

sorry to over run the post but , im installing half life 2 right now, it came with counter strike source, half life 2, half life 1 source.

whats the dif between half life 1 source and half life 2.....

also steam is updating half life deathmatch and half life 2 lost coast, what are those"?

hl1 is an old game that came out a while ago. hl2 is the newer one. hl2 lost coast is just a little game that demonstrates the power of hdr. and i have no idea what hldeathmatch is cause i havn't played it yet.
