Buying Laptop?

Hi Guys,
Im absolutely useless at knowing what the GB and MhZ and stuff mean, but Im wanting to buy a laptop from ebay...

I liked the look of this one, but I have no idea if its half decent with memory and stuff.
I'll only be using it for surfing the net, instant messages & emailing and maybe a few documents to type up.

crap...... unless it's 20 dollars shipped. however, i'd rather get a netbook than this junk.
