I'm from Philippines. For gaming and surfing purposes.

I don't know what brand availiable in your country.
Asus provide good value for money for gaming laptop...

Brand wise, Toshiba, sony is quite good, but they don't do gaming laptop.

With a gaming laptop, you would need a delicated graphic card.
While for CPU, I recommend intel core i series.

Asus is now gaining its popularity...

has good specs which I found in Asianic. com. ph P40,900.00
your budget will dictate the specs of your laptop.

but personally I like lenovo or dell laptops.

I suggest Toshiba and Sony laptop for gaming and net surfing purpose. They support good graphics and color display.
