i need a new computer and ive read that i should make my own PC but im not so good with electronics but anyways my price budget is 1,000 - around 1,500.
Is building your own pc hard?
Nope - it's pretty easy. For 1,000 you can build a pretty solid gaming PC - for 1,500 - you could do it with a nicer video card ( more future proof ) and a High Def 22"-24" monitor. - Old monitor on New Games vs a New monitor with higher resolution is night and day difference. I learned that when I added a 2nd monitor.
Phenom II CPU or Core i7 would be the way to go if you're building today for a PC to last 4 years and still be a good gamer. What else will you be doing besides gaming?
( i.e. Dual monitors? / video encoding ? / simply web surfing and word processing / Watching TV on your PC )
I just tallied up my Core i7 PC for $934 which included O/S which I haven't paid for yet
