Buying new PSU

Ok, so after my last question about whether my PSU can support my system, I decided to buy a new PSU just to be on the safe side. On my current PSU, the 12v rail only provide 24amp and my graphics card recommends 32amps. But most newer PSU have 2x 12v rails and many of the ones I'm looking at provide less than 32amps on a single rail. I'm looking at the ones from OCZ, CoolerMaster, Corsair (around 450-550watts) and most only provide 16-24amps on a single rail. Does that mean that my graphic card will not be supported since it uses 32 amps or does it compensate by getting more amps from the second rail to make up for the 32 amps?
