Buying soon.....finally

Maybe getting a smaller HDD for the OS cause it sucks if you get some problems and you have to format everything on the 320Gb HDD just to reinstall the OS properly. :P

Or you could get 2 hard drives. (sorry if thats what you intended.)
 
i was looking at that case originally for an am2 build im setting up, went with something else, but i still really like the design on that one, and it's got a good ventilation setup as well

Thats what partitioning is for. :)
 
i got other stuff with all that(cds, keyboard, floppy,controller, and dvds and the works) and it came to under 1500 for the whole thing.....Idk if im going to go smaller on the hdd bc i want alot of space and the guy thats putting it together for me is good with all of that stuff (labor)....In a few months when I get the money I am aalso going to get a 19 inch lcd on newegg.....

You would have the same problem on a 160GB hard drive... or anysize.

The DVD Burner will burn CDs too so you don't need the extra burner.
True, however having two drives make life much easier when your trying to copy one cd's data to another. I would go with a DVD-ROM drive instead of the CD-Burner however.

Besides that, everything looks good. But have you considered buying an AM2 Motherboard/CPU instead?
