the guy has good feedback, and says he tests them all before shipping them.

Also, will a fan from a 2400+ work on this?

Hopefully my dad can give me 80 bucks for this, we made an agreement that he'd give me 315 bucks to get a new comp for college, but ive invested so much money into building one, why would i want a slower pos dell. So tomorrow hopefully ill be ordering a new case, new mobo, new vid card, new processor. The amazing thing is for about 350 dollars of my own money ive built a pretty decent comp, the only thing i need to update now are the dvd and cd-rom drive but that can wait till next year hopefully.

so are used non oc'ed cpu's good enough to be oc'ed?

if not i might get a new 2500+ amd xp-m, on newegg for like 85 bucks and get a 10 dollar cooling fan.

that just mean the previos owner has not overclocked it, the reason that they say this is to let you know that it has not been damaged by some idiot crancking the vcore too high and almost frying the chip
