C.s 1.6 fps prob

There are a lot of things that depends on. There are no visual differences (such as how smooth the models are) but there are gameplay differences that you just feel, like those described above.
 
if you watch a video at 60 hz and 100 hz you won't tell the difference. but when you start moving around you can tell.
 
as i said in another thread, the eye can only see a certail amount of fps, anything higher then that and we cant tell the difference. Like how movies play at a certain fps, so they dont seem like a slideshow. I highly doubt you would notice the difference between 200 and 500fps.
 
you won't notice the difference between 200 and 500 fps. however in cs, when a smoke is thrown or when a lot of people are on the screen, the fps begins to drop. thats the reason why people want expensive video cards. my friends 6800 gt can handle almost 10 smoke grenades before his fps drops below 100.
