Oops, didnt see that. Minus the CPU cooler then. sorry. this is not a extreme gaming or whatever. its a normal system with a bit of gaming. Remeber my budget is $400. So if yall can get me a system with a BETTER video card or worst case or whatever that would work. please help me out on it.

The motherboard ive never heard of which makes me think its crap....maybe im wrong but....

Also i would change the vid card.

That mobo is probably not going to OC that well, why do you want to OC if not gaming, video editing, or ripping and encoding DVD's? Let me help you out here, PC chips motherboards suck, I have used two of them and the P'sOS fried within 4 months.

Try these and that case is kinda low-end, an Ultra case is good only when it is a high-end model.

.3Ghz, that is expected for a P4, but if that is the same on a C2D, then you will know, bad board.

Much better, Abit is pretty good, that looks like a good price for the combo, however that is a low-end board, so watch out.
