CA Anti-Virus 2007 or AVG free

Guys i just got a free 1 full year licence CA Anti-Virus 2007.

Do you guys recomend i use this or would you say AVG is better (The free one)?

CA Anti-Virus isnt usualy free but they are offering a years free trial here...

Dont know about the AV, but i had CA spyware(PestPatrol), and it was a piece of shit. The AVG free spyware and Spybot S&D were way better. I would go with the AVG AV, or look at Avast or Antivir.

Yeah i tryed Avast before and its quite good...But i prefer AVG over avast.

Yeah its good.
Before i was using F-secure internet security suite and that was quite good...However my subscription has expired some time ago and i wasnt getting any updates obviusly so that wasnt good.

Ive re-instaled windows xp today so everything nice and fresh now and running AVG.
