Cable modem keeps resetting!

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with any advice.

I have a Cable Modem/Wireless Router setup. Both the Modem, and wireless Router are Linksys brand.

Occasionally when I am playing an online game (WoW) :D, the cable modem resets itself.

I have no idea why. At first I thought I might be over-heating so I set it by itself away from the crowded area. It still kept resetting.

Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening?
 
could still be overheating...try cooling it down with a normal desktop fan and see what happens, if it doesn't work then it's something else.
