Is there a freeware graphing calculator? i love my TI-83, but the screen is really small.

You mean on the pc? Well, a quick google search didn't bring up much. A few, most of them don't look like they're free, but have free trials you can download. Maybe take that route, and if you like it, these programs are pretty cheap. 8-10 bucks for some. Then there is one called zGrapher which looks free, but don't know if it'll do what you want.

There is a Free Online Graphing calculator at http://gcalc.net/ . You will need a Java plugin.
