I've had this game for quite some time, and I still can't figure it out. I can play in DX7 mode (still getting no more than 60 or 70 fps during normal scenes like walking through a hallway shooting people, whatever), but when I go to DX9 mode, I can't get anything above 25fps, and that's when I'm looking straight up into the sky with absolutely nothing else.
My questions...
Does anyone else have this problem?
Has anyone else heard of this problem?
What do I do?
If you'll look at my sig, you'll see that I really shouldn't be getting numbers this low.
