camera help

i just got another camera today, i put the CD in my laptop, but it didnt work in the, soo i tryed it on my Optiplex, didnt work either, soo i downloaded the drivers, setup etc., and i opened the camera thing, and here's what i got, any reason why?: http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j47/jp198780_2006/untitled.jpg

Vivitar V55, i think, nothing special just a camera i bought off Ebay.

the driver i downloaded from the Vivitar website must've had a virus, because ever since i downloaded it, my mouse was like pausing and stuf, and the XP startup sound would skip, soo i just deleted the driver. im going 2 try the CD.

How recent is the driver that you downloaded from Vivitar's website? There may be a known issue with this, or if not, then you might be able to contact Vivitar for some assistance with this...

im not even sure i just downloaded it, i'll check.

Hmm..., well I'd contact Vivitar directly about this issue and see what answers they can give you... They might have a more obscure fix for you...
