Hi.
I have had problem with my computer for a several months and always thought it was windows 7 that was the source of the pain (Always blame Microsoft, right?
). Then I run memtest on my computer and found out that one memory were broken and i had to order a new one. The new memory is the same type of memory (Crucial 2GB, 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-10600 memory module). I then did the test with the new memory and got the same result (the computer reboot itself after 5 second in the test). I then did the test with only the new memory and i did work fine but when i have to memories the test fail. I have a ASUS P5Q3 motherboard with 4 memory slots. I have tried to put the memories in different slots and they all work.
Anyone knows thats going on? I can use the computer without any problem with only one of the two 2gb memory cards but I would really like to be able to use the second card as well.
