Can “New Tab_files” folder be deleted?

I have a folder on my desktop named “New Tab_files” and I don’t know what that is. Can I delete it?

My Desktop is getting cluttered and I want to clean it up.

Oh I also have another folder with nothing in it that I can see with no name but it is only visible on desktop. I haven't tried to delete it, but it is suspicious.

Where is this folder located? You can use Windirstat to figure out what crap is using the most space.

Thanks! I just now decided to take a chance and delete the files first and then the folder because they were all created at the same time 7/3/17 and didn’t appear to have changed since. The file type said half were “Java Script Files” and the others were “Cascading Style Sheet Documents”. I assume they have something to do with Firefox or Chrome so I guess I’ll find out.

I still have to figure out what this empty Folder without a title is. It is not visible in File Explorer and only shows up on the Desktop. I can’t open it either and BitDefender seems to be OK with it so I guess I will not worry about it for now.
