Can a Dot Matrix Printer work with a Win11 PC? (Please Help)

Since I'm done with Inkjet and Laser Printers, I have a Win11 Tower Desktop (HP) and was wondering if I get a Parallel-to-USB Type A adapter along with buying a Dot Matrix Printer, would it effectively print out any commands I give it? Thanks very much.

That specific printer would need a windows 11 driver. So I highly doubt it.

What does that actually mean? I won't buy anything but a laser printer anymore. About ready to buy another one in fact.
