I have one hard copy of form in a paper , which i need to make a soft copy after scanning it into the word document file but i also want this form to be filled on the same word document file so that i would be able to make the fill /changes in the form. for which i need to write on to this scanned image of form ...how can i fill this form on the same file (which has become a image after scanning).

please help me i need to do this urgently.....

well yea, or use the "text function" in paint applications

Text boxes would be the easiest way. If you want to convert the file to editable text, you'll need to use OCR software. OmniPage is one of the best in this regard, and I believe that there is a free trial version. Probably not worth it unless you need to do this often, and/or perform some more complex alterations though.
