Can anybody identify this video card?

I found this video card in my car, one of my brother's friends gave it to him a few years ago. Can anyone identify it for me, and tell me how good it is? It's got ASUS on it, and also the Nvidia logo, and another logo I don't recognise. Please help, I'm wanting to build my own computer (decent for gaming) and it would help alot if I could still use this.

That long white sticker on top should cu e you a model number but it looks like a low end card.
