Can anyone recommend 10" android tablet under $200/ £150?

I personally prefer the 7" tablets to the 10" as the 7" are much more portable and easier to hold with one hand.
I know you are asking about 10" tablets but I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy 2 7.0 tablet for US $250 (approx £160) and really like it. There is a 10" version of the same tablet that is above your stated price range (US$400, £257). My tablet has the latest Android 4.0 OS (Ice Cream Sandwich), has front and rear facing cameras, wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, 1G of RAM, 8G built-in storage and a SD card slot to add another 32G.
What features are you looking for in a tablet? What do you plan to use it for?

Samsung galaxy tab 7" is stupidly £260 in UK, which at the same price as refurb ipad 2 16GB
And it doesn't has hdmi output.
My main use would be surfing web + streaming video, and may be connect to TV. I don't want to spend a lot on it as I already have desktop + work laptop.
I haven't make up my mine on 7" or 10". But I just feel 7" a bit small when you stare at it for 1 or 2 hours. I may go to local store to try it.
At the moment I am considering those cheap chinese tablet like ~ $190 7" Ainol Novo 7 Aurora 2 or $250 10" Cube U30GT/ 10" Yuandou N90 dual core.
I would possibly wait for google nexus tablet if I decide to go for 7".
I just want to know if some one can come up with more idea.
