Specs: not primarily a gamer; some graphics/video use

2GHZ Dual-core AMD or better; which processor is best value?
256 GeForce 7600 or other?
160 Gig HD
2Gig memory
XP Pro
2 120mm fans?
DVD/CD burner

AtomicVenom quoted these specs for about $600 shipped
If you can add any specifics or anything left out (motherboard model, sound card, etc) and recommend a builder I would appreciate. Thanks
