Can Anyone Recommend a Good Gaming Computer

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good system for playing PC games on. I would like to build one myself but I dont know if I have knowledge to build from scratch just yet.

I was looking at Alienware Aurora 7500 but most people say they arent as good as they seem, and customer service is overrated.

If anyone could recommend something that would play games like Battlefield 2, Counter Strike Source, and Age of Empires 3 on max graphics that would be great. Also I would like something that will be able to lay future games quite well too although I know I will have to upgrdae stuff as new games come out for that but I dont want to be outdated right away. My max price would probably be $2500-3000.

I want something that I can also upgrade which is steering me away from Alienware because there stuff seems to be kind of specialty for there comps only, kind of like Macs.

Anyways, if anyone can recommend something that would be great.

id go with a $300 emachine from circuit city...but thats just me
.............. huh.. He said he wanted a gaming machine. Not a cheap piece of crap that comes with a psu that won't support a high-end gpu that maybe he got to upgrade but now the psu won't handle it, then the cpu bottlenecks his whole system, etc.....

maybe the XPS is.
Yet way overpriced...

The best value your going to get is from smaller company's like ibuypower, cyberpower pc and monarch computer. Building your own computer is easier than it sounds, but if your not up to it you can also consider getting a local computer store to assemble the parts for a small fee, or even get a friend to do it.

The B110 is the $299 dollar one that you always see on TV. They are nice computers, just not for gaming.
