Can changing a video card affect my hard drive data?

well if you go to the shop ask them or better still check for yourself, if it has a vga port on the motherboard that means you could connect to a screen using that and partion the drive etc.

but as alien where stated above changing just the graphics card should pose no risk to any of your pc, your windows install, your files or anything, its a simple matter of take one card out, insert the new one and your done, if anything is lost or windows is damaged there is no excuse for it.
