Can connect through ethernet but not wireless

Can anyone help as I have lost patience with Virgin Media after being on hold on the phone for over an hour...

I have the Virgin wireless modem which was working fine until the other day. My computer recognises that the network is there and attempts to connect but won't - when I troubleshoot it it says reboot your modem, which brings no joy.

I decided to connect the ethernet cable which worked so I'm at a loss as to what I'm meant to do to sort the problem out.

Anyone got any ideas?

Most likely the wireless on the router has failed. If its their product then you will have to call them back and go through them to see if you can get a replacement.
