An ISP's proxy used only as cache to save accessed pages for faster access is not, however the solution right? An ISP's proxy still sends out an IP address of its own I think. Is that address different every time one logs on thru dialup, like an IP address used without a proxy?
Do IP adresses thru dialup of the same user have numbers close to each other, therefore denoting that it is the same user or different users living close by?
