Would an 8800gts be good?
With a c2d e6600
2gb ram


How would that run?

I might pass on building a whole new rig...
Ill just upgrade the gpu, ram, and psu and get a harddrive with vista...

Ill still have a connected hdd with xp, I just need vista for H2V


What would the best ram be?

I want 2gb's

this PSU is claimed to be able to power dual 8800GTX with its 750W continuous power supply... its a good investment if you want to SLI later on but if are not going SLI ever, its a bit overkill i guess...

If an 8800 can't fit in my current case * Ultra Aluminus* Then I guess I have to do a whole new build...

Praetor's Computer Specs 101 might be a good starting point... :)
you can just change the mobo to DS3, change the hard drive to WD, etc, etc...
