On my hard drive I have lots of folders that are named something like this. "2e47b9e4387fdbffd7216ab953f69c". With a text document name something like this. msxml4-KB927978-enu
Can I delete them?
It's probably just a temp folder. If it isn't taking up hardly any space then I'd just leave them be. Although it shouldn't hurt (emphasis on shouldn't, as I'm not 100% certain) to delete them.
