Can I Identify SMD CAPACITORS from the ones already on the PCB

New Member
Hi, I am trying to replace capacitors that are missing on this board.

Can I successfully remove capacitors measure them and re-place the ones missing?

The company won’t show me a schematic nor are they willing to identify the values of the missing capacitors. I can obtain a photo of other users and compare and find the missing colors. I would think the capacitors used are the same throughout the board.
Could I desolder several SMD Capacitors of various colors, measure them correctly accurately, find out the values of the ones that are suppose to be there and thereby successfully replace them ?

Would this work, and what meter would I need for metering accurately the very small SMD capacitance values?

Thank you for ant Technician out there that can help.
