Can I make a good computer with these parts?

So let me start by saying I am not great with computers.
The bulk of my time with computers is spent doing high end WoW raiding.


So the story starts with me trying to fix my computer by buying an putting in a 3.0 p4 procsesor. Some how I ended up messing up my mother board pretty badly. So I am hopen that with the parts I have I can build a new PC
So here is what I have


3.0 pent procs 4
2x 2 gig ddr2 rammers
150 g hard drive
nvidia 9200 gs vid card.
bunch of fans .
wireless card
an other odds an ends,

So can I use these parts to make anouther computer that will be able to play WoW well?


If so what parts do I need an what would you recomend.
Also how do put this all together,

A case
motherboard
power supply
disk drive

As far as being able to play WoW, I am not sure. I do not play it myself so I don't know if that GPU will suffice.

RAM could be reuse if you go AMD set-up.
HDD could be reuse
wireless card could be reuse

What is your budget?
For new PC and spending less, you will need

DVD burner ($25)
decent 500-600W PSU ($70)
decent Video card ($100+)
AMD AM3 CPU (depends on budget)
AMD AM3/AM2/AM2+ socket mobo (depends on budget)

the comp in my signature runs Call of Duty Modern warfare 2 with no problem online or in campaign. that list of parts is not too far off from what i got.

i would say you shouldn't have a problem.

however i do not recommend the board i have in my sig. i don't suggest skimping on a motherboard as i have found out the hard way.
