Can I reduce the # of files at startup?

I went into msconfig and unchecked to files (a powerdvd program and jusched or something) Is there a site that lists what is required and how much of this stuff can be switched off?

download ccleaner. It has a great utility that lets you determine what programs will load at startup.

make sure you run ccleaner before you shut down or restart everytime, its not a lot, but it helps, also easy pre-virus help when they are still in you temp files
