If i had all these requirements, can i run any game?
Intel Quad Core 2.66
A 1GB Nvidia graphics card
4 GB of ram
windows xp 32-bit

Depends on what settings you would want to run the game at I would think
Just go to google and search whatever games you have in mind and look up "system requirements"

as an addition to what TekMaster said, go to www.canyourunit.com thats where you can see the system specs needed and if your system has these specs

1gb nvidia card isnt enough, What card exactly is it?

2.66ghz is pushing it a bit for games like gta iv and fsx, but should be fine for most others.
