I can play it on High/Extra at 1280 x 1024 with my X800, so you'll have no problems bud.

you run an overclocked 6000+ tough.. not a normal clocked 4200+

either way, it'll definately run medium, not sure about maxed out tough. if it doesnt tough, its the processr holding you back

Can you Run it is wrong, I have a friend with a AMD Sempron 3400+ single core and it freakin rips COD4 in half! I've seen him play it on all high settings.

It's just a general way of describing what your settings are at. Half the settings on low the other half on normal would be medium, all or most on normal plus any other positive effects enabled would be very high/maxed.
