Can I run Overwatch at 144 FPS with this desktop?

Hey guys,
I’m a Xbox player who’s going to switch to PC. It’ll be my first gaming computer so I’m a complete noob and want to make sure I’m buying something decent. I will mainly be using it to play Overwatch so I would like to have the best frame rate possible. I was considering buying this computer https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/14275619...3%26rvr_ts%3D99582f0e1640a88a9cd17ffafff672b0 would it be good enough for a constistent 144 FPS? If not please give me reccomendations. Sorry for the stupid question, this is all new to me.

Not on the Epic setting, which I'm guessing is the highest. I'm sure you could drop down a notch in settings and average well over 100 FPS @ 1080. PC games generally have a lot more video adjust-ability than XBox games. There's a number of Overwatch videos on youtube with the RX 580 and they look to be averaging 100 - 115 FPS.
