Can I set specific speeds for certain fans?

Hello everyone,

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU cooling: Corsair H50

What I want to do is essentially make the H50 always run on full blast and have all the other fans (case came with three) running on medium speed. Is there a way to do something like this and if there is, how would I go about doing it? (noob friendly advice is appreciated)

You would need to buy a fan controller available at newegg or any other computer parts store.
 
Go into the bios, and configure Fan Expert 2. or run the application avaliable on asus's website. that should handle your fans.
 
There is no real point in doing it as the fan controller on the motherboard will manage it far better than a rheo can, even shutting them off at low loads. i need to upgrade to PWM fans in my case so i can take advantage of the asus utility.

oh I forgot about that... my fans are 3 pin.

I guess I'll just let the mobo decide what to do.

New question: In the H50 corsair install video by corsair on youtube, they said to make sure the pump has full power. Is there something I have to do to make sure that is happening?
