Can I use external laptop GPU with my PC?

I own a y510p Lenovo laptop, that has dual SLI 755m Nvidia cards.

The second card goes into the side of the laptop (Where a dvd drive would normally go).

Is it possible to use this card with a dekstop PC?

I would venture to say it does not use a pci express interface so probably not.

Even if you could it wouldn't be worth it, those cards are weak in comparison to any semi modern entry level gaming card.

A laptop GPU is probably PCI-e 1x. anyway.
