Can it run skyrim

High to Ultra settings I would guess. My 5770 overclocked did almost all Ultra. 7770 is more powerful than that card so should be fine.

If you can you should build you own. That will have a crappy power supply and terrible motherboard that will only work but nothing more. Plus you'd be much better off with a FX6300 over the 8120 and you could probably get a 7850 or something and it cost the same. And building it isn't hard at all, it's like really big lego's but they take the freedom part out and everything only goes in one spot
 
Yeah, I agree with Jonny. If you build it yourself, you could get much better stuff. Maybe even an i5 3570K and a 7850 with a nice motherboard and power supply too.

But that PC will play Skyrim, yes.

I answered his question. I never recommended anything. Obviously building yourself is better but I didn't have time to write a page of why it's better to do that. A lot of people just want the simplicity of buying a machine and not worrying about it.
