I have a broken laptop. It is because of lightning. Now I want to use the hardisk to another laptop. Can I do that? If can wha should I do? I am not pro about computer. :)

if the hard drive isn't broken and the interface is the same (both ide for instance), then yes it should work, but you might get small problems with things like the mac not agreeing with the info on the disk

you will have to reformat the disk unless the 2 machines are of the same make and model
but it will work provided what suprasteve suggested

the problem is that windows will never boot properly since the drivers are looking for parts that don't exist..
ie. take it out of an HP Pavillion and put it in an IBM and windows will look for the HP parts because of the drivers....it will work, just have to give 'er a clean install

if you really need the data, you can buy an external encloser, then connect it via usb or firewire or w/e the encloser uses. Then connect it to a laptop after it boots up and take the files off.

That is true, it may start up, but will want to install all the drivers for the new parts that it see. So if you've got the driver's CD to the 2nd unit, it may be ok, but yes, a fresh install would be best. But then again, if you didnt get a chance to backup all the things you had before the mess up, I'd install all the drivers, backup, and then do a clean install.
