Can my budget build game?

Hi. Can this build play some free games on Steam and also Minecraft?

CPU: Intel i5 2300 2.8/3.1GHz
GPU: Palit GT 710 1GB DDR3
RAM: 2x2GB 1600MHZ DDR3
Hard Drive: WD 500GB 7500RPM

Yeah, it is. But for my budget, it's either that or a GeForce GT 210 xD

Minecraft should be ok, and any top down 2D~ish games should run fine.
