Can My Computer Run It?

Hi, I have a Lenovo H420 Desktop PC, and i was wondering if it could run the Radeon HD 6570 Graphics card. Just in case you were wondering, my computer has 4GB of RAM, a 3.3Ghz Quad Core processor, and built in Intel HD graphics card at the moment. (which is awful.)
So all in all, my question is, can my computer use this card? as i've heard people saying "check your power supply" "have you got a free slot?" and to be honest, i don't know how to check, and im afraid i may break something if i try.
Well, I hope someone can help, and thanks!

Yes, your desktop has an open pci express video card slot. You will need to buy a new power supply though as it seems the current one in your system is only 180 watts according to newegg specs.

thanks for your help. according to this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/338940-15-video-card-radeon-hd6570-compatibility ) the radeon 6570 only requires at max 95 watts? so with 180, would it be enough? if not, what should i upgrade to? thanks

Not with an OEM power supply. Even though it says 180 watts it probably only puts out about 150 or less. I would suggest at least the corsair cx430 power supply.

And if you're going to buy a power supply, don't waste money on the ones that say they are 400w or whatever, get a corsair cx430 or cx500, they are reliable and worth the price to ensure your computer will run safely for a long time. But if you are going to spend the money on upgrading, make it worth-while and at least go for an HD7770, it is the lowest end, true gaming card, the 7750 is an entry level card, and anything less will only get by on a new game. the 7770 will get you medium settings at 1080p on most games and better on the rest.
