Can my Power supply handle these 2 more components?

Need a little help here!
This is my PC configuration:

CPU Deskop Core 2 Duo E8400
RAM 2 x PATRIOT DDR2, 2x1024MB 800 MHz
Radeon HD4870
HDD SEAGATE Barracuda 7200.11 500GB

Power supply CHIEFTEC 550 W
DVD-RW PIONEER DVR-215

Since i like haveing 2 optical drives in my computer (faster copying), and I would like to build in the COMPRO E800F tv card, can someone tell me if my power supply can handle that?
I think it should but before buying, I need a second opinion.

Might want to upgrade to a 600W or a 650W

Yeah I would upgrade. That 4870 requires A LOT of power. Also check to make sure the PSU has 2 6-pin connectors but I'm sure you already know that.
