Can not connect to lan

I just put in a new mobo and kept my same components and now i can't connect to the internet. The funny thing is, express gate will connect, which is what I'm using right now to post this. If I go to my main OS then no matter what I do it won't connect to my network which I was able to connect to with my old mobo.

If its a different motherboard then the original one you had, you need to install the drivers for the lan card.
 
Thats what i'm talking about... Did you install all the motherboard drivers when you switched it?
 
yea I ran the cd it came with and it like installed everything it needed I guess lol not sure. I guess I could check the asus site for lan drivers for my mobo? wait I can't because i can't connect to the internet :)

Look in the device manager for anything that still needs drivers. You'll see yellow question marks if you still need drivers.
 
Hey could there be something with the drivers as far as cpu temperature monitoring goes? I have tried a few apps that monitor temperatures but the cpu temperature is always 0C or doesn't even read. Does my mobo not have a temp sensor for the cpu?
