can not uninstall knctr

i was trying to install clownfish but a program called kntcr also got installed on my machine

now i can not remove it

i went to control panel to uninstalll

but it says program is running

in task manager i cannot see

i followed uninstall instrcutions on their site and i right clicked the icon oin the tray, next to the clock at the bottom right

but nothing happens when i right click...

so the program still runs and i can not uninstall it

it is a complete nuisance and keeps running ads on my computer... it is very annoying...

please help !!
