can psu with more power then nedded fry or become dangerous for the pc

nope, it only uses as much as it needs at any one time, the stated wattages and amps are the maximum values it can reach.
 
so would it be best if i bought the highest power psu and then it i have a chance to upgrade like another gpu in sli and stuff
