Can somebody answer a question for me... if possible...

If a motherboard says it supports serial ata II. It's probably not possible then for me to use ata 100 hardrive then.... right? Anybody know where I can find a serial ata II drive for a cheap price...? preferably over 200GB.

Yes, it should be possible. Most motherboards still have the standard PATA controllers, even if they do support SATAII
