Can someone help find this?

That's PCI-Express with SLI. The board you list here has that capability. SLI is for dual video card setups. The cable you see jumping over is for the second card addon usage there. It looks as if that could be an ATI model while Hawk16 lists a 7800GT for a graphics card.
