Can someone help me with steps on installing Red Hat linux on VMware

I have VMware workstation 12 downloaded, I know to use that but I'm very new to linux and can someone help me with the steps of downloading linux red hat?
I created an account inputed my business email now when I click on red hat linux I see two options so I click on the virtualization, but I have no clue on what to do next.. there is so many steps and things to download that I have no idea what to do. And I am currently using windows 10 with VMware installed

Create hardware specs in VM.
Add ISO file into virtualized "CD Drive"
Start VM
VM will boot off of ISO
Go through installation steps.

If you have an OVA instead of an ISO usually you can just import it into VMware and hit go.

Instead of RHEL I'd just get CentOS. They're made to be binary and package compatible, CentOS is very much RHEL without the license etc.
