Ok so I have a toshiba laptop and it runs on windows 7. I downloaded a game called Path of Exile to play with my brother... I always try to push the boundaries and so I downloaded a bot to mod the game. ( avast antivirus didn't stop anything ) the same night I realized my computer is to old and slow to run Path of Exile, so I deleted it ( yes I had tried running bot already ) and everything was working fine! The next morning I was on playing a game called TTR and it worked fine but when I was done I restarted my computer because it said it had updates. Once it was done I couldn't open anything!! Google chrome, Internet explore, Windows menu, Command prompt, nothing would open. I restarted computer multiple times and it still wouldn't work! So I plugged computer into lab cable and put in safety mode and turned off the internet conection and then restarted computer again. Now all my applications connect and open perfectly fine! However nothing loads well... I first realized there was a problem when google chrome opened and no site was loading but my internet connection was fine. After further inspection I realized my internet says "limited access" and I'm computer profile says I'm connected to the modem but the modem doesn't have internet access! However my iPod was running fine on the wifi. The cable wasn't working either still said wasn't connected! I'm not sure what I did but after another restart my internet is working fine and says I have connection but now none of my applications open!! Please help
