Can someone link me to a place to buy a Toshiba L650-11F, or a laptop with similar specs?

Specs:

Intel Core i5 m480 @ 2.67GHz 2.67GHz
4gb RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650

or something like that. o.o

few questions to help us get you away from buying outdated tech.

1. What is the primary use of this laptop?
2. Nation where you reside or plan to purchase from.
3. Budget
4. Brand Loyalties to be aware of.
5. Any particular hardware requirements?

That's about it. Your almost certainly going to be looking at a Intel Core i*-2*** processor and a HD6*** or GT(x)5** series. maybe even a HD7*** series. Just depends on what you plan to do with it, and where you live.

Well my Budget is around 500 - 550 I guess.
Primary use is just youtube, browsing internet, MSN, skype, and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Multi Player. (Sa-Mp)
I don't mind what brand it is really. I really like asus, acer, dell, and toshiba though.
No Hardware requirements, I just want a nice video card for like Sims 3 & GTA SA. Like the specs I listed above sorta.

if you want a good video card, you are going to need a bigger budget. The ones I linked have a dedicated card here is a review.

It has 48 cores, and DDR3, so it is 3x better than the card I have.

What you need is a GT540m or higher, or a HD6670m or higher.

and it is an HP. Quality demands price. HP isn't a quality build, and I would be willing to bet that it will fail fairly soon after buying.

Then could you find me a laptop with reliable video card? Idk if the GT 520 is that good. ._. I mean, I've done research and can it handle games good, because I don't usually play only, I also record because I have a youtube channel.

all video cards are reliable. What I assume you mean is to fond one with good performance. That is going to be hard on a $550 budget, especially if you want a good quality machine.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834214602 this will be the best quality with the best graphics. It will be slow though because of the AMD processor. It is a quadcore @ 1.5 GHz, so can't be all that bad, about the same as a T4500 C2D.
http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-A-Series-A6-3420M-Notebook-Processor.61302.0.html is a review of the Fusion CPU it has.

._. Dang It. Okay, let's raise the budget to about 650$, okay? ;p; Anymore? I really want one that can play games nicely.

looks like the graphics options don't go up that much with the extra 100, but the processors go up to sandybridge. That is of coarse looking at the standard quality brands.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230132 slightly over ($679), but its a sandybridge with GT540m. The card is kinda good. I used it to play BC2 on a Acer lappy, and Im pretty sure the CPU (i3-380m) was holding me back. I got 20-25 FPS on medium @ 1366*768 with that card.
